CAASPP testing is April 18th - May 13th. Our students will be going to the computer lab 3 times each week to work on the tests. These tests are not timed.
The best way to help your child prepare for the test is: have them well-rested, give them a healthy (non-sugary) breakfast, lunch, and snack, and most of all - remind them to RELAX.
What is the Star Reader Program?
The Star Reader Program is an optional reading incentive program, open to all Hidden Hills students, sponsored by the PTA. This program requires each student to keep track of the minutes they read (grades K-2) or the books they read (grades 3-5). Any reading counts, even reading that is already being done for your class homework! If your child would like to participate, please download and print the appropriate form on the PTA schoolloop page.
How Does it Work?
Your child will keep track of their reading (NOTE: each form has two pages - please make sure your child completes BOTH sides). Please have your child turn in his/her form to their classroom teacher by the deadline shown in the bottom of the current Star Reader form. New Star Reader forms will be available on this School Loop page every two months.
How Does My Child Earn Prizes?
Participating students can use all the points they have earned to go shopping in the "Star Reader Store" in the library in June. Our Star Reader coordinator will keep track of the points earned throughout the year and will have point totals when your child comes to shop. There will be lots of fun prizes for the students to pick from. The more points your child earns, the more prizes he/she will be able to "buy" at the Star Reader Store.
Please Remember Our School Rule is Safety First!
Please help keep our school and students safe by:

2. Keeping all gates closed during school hours
3. Following ALL drop off and pick up rules and procedures
